Welcome to Bullskin Twp. Elementary School! Well-rounded learning is the number one priority each day at Bullskin Twp. Elementary. Completely renovated in 1998, the school houses approximately 400 students in grades K-5. Students are engaged in a variety of learning tasks including the core academics such as math, language arts, science and social studies.
For the 2017-18 school year, BE is going to provide many more innovative opportunities to our students related to 21st century skills. Programs such as STEM learning, makerspace activities, SMALLab and 1:1 technology learning are being incorporated into our student's everyday lives.
In addition, students also receive instruction in art, music, computers, health, physical education, and library. Title I programs are available for those students needing additional reinforcement to instruction in the regular classroom. Three special education classes are also available for those students needing specially designed instruction in order to achieve success in the curriculum. Students in the intermediate grades are encouraged to participate in the instrumental music program. Chorus is offered to children in grades 4-5 as well.
Students are given the opportunity daily to have a nutritional breakfast and lunch through our cafeteria program. The Bullskin PTG is another invaluable asset that provides additional support to our school with field trips, programs, parties, etc.
The faculty and staff of Bullskin Twp. Elementary School in partnership with parents and community members are striving to build a learning community where student achievement is at its core. More importantly, we are preparing our children to be valuable, well-educated citizens who are committed to building an outstanding 21st century culture.
